Used mine as per instructions for 8 months before it started beeping and flashing red incessantly. Spent another $50 replacing the gel pads again to no avail. Sought to claim manufacturer's warranty and found staff rude and condescending. Unhappy all round.

Section that heats is tiny doesn't get hot enough, vibration setting isnt effective. As someone that has endometriosis. Waste of money

Unfortunately if you have intense chronic pain that covers a large area and is deep this machine doesn’t work that well. If anything it draws my attention to the areas that aren’t getting relief. Disappointed but perhaps I need a larger size with more coverage. The heat from the machine does help somewhat but it’s really not at the same level as the disposable heat pads you can get. Bit of a waste of money for me. Would probably work for you if you have light period pain that is localised to one area and doesn’t radiate through to your back. Had to move it so many times that the sticky pads hardly work and it’s only day 3 of having it…

I bought this device in September. After 5 months I have mixed feelings. I have painful periods and EM50 did not bring relief. I was excited about heat fuction but I can’t use it. At the lowest power I feel as if the device was about to burn my skin. I noticed that the middle part of the device gets hotter and the sides are not completely warm. Tens option works well but it is not enough to bring me confort. I expected something better.
